Spa Review Submission
Members should take all the reviews posted here as individual, and highly subjective, opinions. The opinions expressed are those of Spavelous’ members and not of Spavelous. We do not endorse any of the opinions expressed by reviewers nor the management responses, nor are we affiliated with any establishment listed or reviewed on this web site. Spavelous reserves the right to remove a review or management response for any reason.
All spa reviews must follow Spavelous' guidelines. We will not publish a review unless it is:
Family-friendly
No profanity, threats, prejudiced comments, hate speech or other non-family-friendly content. No graphic reports of violent criminal activity or participation in drug-related activity. Reports of deaths will be considered on an individual basis.
Unique and independent
We allow one review per person on any given subject. No repeated reviews of the same subject by the same reviewer, no questions for other reviewers or comments about other reviews, reviewers or management responses.

Individual from a spa's perspective
No reviews written by ownership or management posing as guests, no reviews written by current or past employees, no second-hand stories from others. No hearsay including rumors, quotations from other sources or the reported opinions/experience of others -- just individual spas' opinions and/or customer service related experiences. (Note: Hearsay is defined as unverified information heard or received from another.)
We do not allow reviews to be written based on an owner's incentive. Offering discounts (on current or future stays), room upgrades or any other kind of special treatment in exchange for a review is expressly not allowed. Any property found to be offering incentives in exchange for reviews will be dealt with accordingly.
Relevant to other spas
No personally insulting language or descriptions, no smear campaigns and no content that is irrelevant and unhelpful to spa goers. No reviews about a spa that happened more than five years ago. We are not a forum for general political, ethical or religious opinions. We will not post questions or comments directed to property representatives or questions/comments directed to, or about, Spavelous staff or other Spavelous members.
Submitted for an appropriate property
Review must be for a spa that meets our listing criteria.
Non-commercial
No commercial web addresses, e-mail addresses or contact information. No promotional material of any kind. We reserve the right to reject any URL for any reason.

Written with standard e-mail etiquette
No ALL CAPS, HTML tags, excessive typographic symbols or slang. Please note that most text and paragraph formatting, including lists, will not appear in spa reviews.
