New Life Hiking Spa was founded in 1978 by fitness and nutritional expert Jimmy LeSage, M.S. Located in the beautiful Green Mountains of Vermont at the Inn of the Six Mountains, New Life offers a challenging hiking program for all fitness levels.

Hike along the famous Appalachian and Long trails as well as the varied terrain of picturesque Vermont. Afternoon fitness programs include water aerobics, weight training and body conditioning, Pilates, kickboxing, mountain golfing and two daily yoga classes. Spa services include facials and therapeutic treatments as well as relaxing massage, hot stone therapy, polarity and reflexology. Educational and fun evening lectures and workshops are offered daily on a variety of topics. Our reputation for delicious, healthy cuisine and our small group atmosphere allows us to cook as if we were giving a dinner party.

A 2 to 4-day mini vacation is an outdoor fun, tress-reducing getaway. A 5 to 10-day jump-start allows you to lose weight, de-stress and get stronger while learning new techniques to continue with a healthy lifestyle. A weight loss retreat of 11 days or longer empowers you to make authentic, solid changes in your eating habits and lifestyle.
