The second site for the Canyon Ranch Living concept in Chicago, US, has reportedly been cancelled due to the current US market crunch.
Owned and developed by Related Midwest and managed by Canyon Ranch, Canyon Ranch Living Chicago was to include a 65,000sq ft (6,040sq m) spa and wellness centre, designed by Robert D Henry Architects, and 256 condominium residences.
The first urban application of the Canyon Ranch concept, it was scheduled to open in 2010.
The inaugural Canyon Ranch Living, in Miami Beach, US, launched in mid-2007.
