By the time O’Neys salon and spa closed last weekend it had already stopped selling gift cards, but customers holding cards sold earlier were left with nothing.
The Ohio Attorney General’s office has received 30 formal complaints about O’Neys as of Thursday.
O’Neys closed abruptly over the weekend after 35 years in business.
